All orders are sent from our Auckland studio using NZ Post. We freshly hand pack each order and endeavour to send the same day, otherwise it is collected the next business day.

If you order on a Friday, you can expect the order to be packed on the following Monday.

We are mindful with how we pack our products which is why we use paper wrap, cardboard lining, recycled paper card and a recycled plastic mailing bag.
